Chen's Restaurant originated in Bethel Park in 1985 under the name of Panda Garden. Our second location was in Pittsburgh and called Panda Village. We sold one after the other.
Then, in 1995, we opened in our third location - the one and only House of Chen in Cranberry Twp.. 12 years later, in July of 2007, the restaurant was closed for major renovations and reopened in January of 2008. During the renovations, we built Colorful Chen's, our bar and club - we are now more fun and diverse.

Our kitchen only uses the freshest materials and natural ingredients. The owner has set up a system to insure
freshness and quality. He oversees it daily! We do not compromise the quality.
Dining should be fun and entertaining -
Indoor salt and brackish aquariums can bee seen throughout the dining room.
We have a full bar with TVs so you can enjoy a few drinks while watching your favorite sporting events.
Our Balcony Sunset Bar is available for any special occasion.
Enjoy our Outdoor Front Patio. Relax under the trellis covered with wisteria next to our stone-bridge pond.
Our Back Main Garden has a full summer Beach Bar, a deck surrounded by sand, a gazebo and live bamboo.
It is
a getaway in and of itself.
So, as you can see, we are more than just Fine Chinese Dining, we are also a fun gathering place.
When the House of Chen Dining room is winding down, the fun and colorful Chen's is just beginning. This is especially true in the summer. In fact, the other day, one of our customers called it Club Chen. Come in and enjoy or DJs on Fridays during the summer and Live Bands every once in a while.
With three bars to serve; the Main Bar, Balcony Bar and our outdoor Summer Beach Bar. In the summer, our Beach Bar is the main attraction - you can walk in and leave Cranberry Twp. behind as you escape to someplace a little more exotic.
Having fun doesn't have to cost a fortune. At Chen's, our Prime Time Happy Hours run Friday and Saturday from 10pm to 12pm
